Got cheaper fares than online I was searching. I purchased my parents tickets from Chennai to San Francisco. My parents checked fares locally and I also searched online, while searching online I found this agency, talked to Sangeetha, she gave me good fare and made sure wheel chair will be assigned for my mom.

I called travelopod to check prices on tickets flying from sfo-Switzerland. I spoke to travel agent Edwin Dimitri who had initially quoted a higher price. When I told him I would like to purchase online he told me not to do that and he will get me a better deal. After a long time, I disconnected my call since it was going no where. He then emails me and tells me that he will get me tickets for the same price as I got online. He sent me an itinerary that I agreed for a price of 1468. After 2 days he contacts me and says that the return ticket is not getting confirmed and he needs to rebook me on a flight flying through New Jersey adding more hrs to my journey. At this point I’m very unhappy with him but told him to book the flight since he has already wasted 3 days. He then tells me that ticket is no longer available and has to book me through Chicago. When I said that I wanted to talk to his manager, he then claimed that he will not book the tickets if I complain. I am very unhappy with all the stress caused my Mr. Dimitri. I am now forced to cancel my trip because of him. I have already complained to better business bureau and am hoping you will take action against agents like him who are ruining your business

I hope this does not occur to other folks. My ticket was booked almost 2 months back from Travelopod (KLM airlines SFO to Delhi and return) and i got my confirmed tickets from Travelopod after 2-3 days after paying my travel fare. 2-3 weeks before my travel , i was checking my reservation on KLM and KLM mentioned a booking was made but it was not confirmed . KLM asked me to check with my travel agency . Upon checking with Travelopod, they tried to avert directly answering for at lest 2-3 days and finally said it was overbooked and they could not get a confrimation. Then they offered tickets on a different airlines with same date and said the tickets will be mailed to me 1-2 days . I have not received anything yet. Upon calling atleast god knows how many times and escalating to their managers, i was told now KLM is open and i can travel on the same . I still dont have the tickets so i dont believe them . This has been a total harrassment . some of the agents are not even polite while speaking . This was first time experience using the "so called best Travel agent" . I am never ever going to use their service in future and let people in my know how about it . Extremely unprofessional service . i must have spent at least 5-7 days to get a confimation on my ticket. All they do is tell you wait 24-48 hrs . If i call after that , i am asked to wait further 24-48 hr and it seemed to me , they dont even care about their customer. They are just buying time. Extremely frustrati

The worst travel agent . The worst customer care. Dont believe this scam site. I am pitying myself to choose this agent. I booked tickets to india using their agent service. I dont know the fact that if your visa expired you cant travel through Europe countries which i came to know from my friend but this agent guys booked tickets even though i told that my visa got expired on aug and i am having only vaid I94 . Now they are asking me to cancel the ticket and book new tickets instead of suggesting me to get france transit visa. Because this guys are f**king money minded 0 customer care. Dont believe THIS SCAM SITE.

Be Careful when booking. They don't even owner prices from their website if they change next day.
