This was the first time I using my ticket to India and experience was well beyond outstanding especially as my wife was stuck in Montreal due to weather flight cancellation. Pankaj did everything in his powers to get tickets yday for same day when airline was not cooperating on accommodation etc. by try booking it live 3 times as 2 booking didn’t worked due last min cancellation & airline issues before finally getting lucky 3rd time. So also initiated refund process proactively for unused part of trip. I’m certainly planning to but will recommend others to use My ticket to India. Only one thing they can do better is automate documents requirements online rather than requesting via email. But that’s corporate responsibility but getting personalized experience like Pankaj did is rare these days.

I recently booked my international trip through myticketstoindia.com, and I couldn’t be more grateful for their support. I was traveling with a passenger who had a medical condition, so any travel disruptions were especially stressful. When my connecting flight from Minneapolis to Paris was canceled, Shalaka Kharat from myticketstoindia.com stayed on the phone with me the entire time to provide support. Since the airline rebooked my ticket, I didn’t ask her for a new itinerary initially. However, the next day, I discovered that the rebooked flight had disappeared from the system. I reached out to Shalaka Kharat again, and she quickly arranged a new itinerary. Unfortunately, on the day of travel, the flight was canceled once more, and the airline wrongly rerouted me to a different destination. Frustrated and overwhelmed, I contacted Shalaka Kharat again and she came through. She helped me secure an alternate itinerary for the next day, and thanks to her, I was finally able to complete my journey.
