Never do the business with them. They rush you into buying ticket and then do not provide any support. My flight was cancelled by UNITED less than 2 days before travel. They didn't have another flight to offer until a week later. So I booked another ticket and United returned me their part of money within a week. AirTripMaker has not refunded $316 per ticket for 6 months. They ask me to email Sahil, their accountant and he never responds. Agents are aweful. I booked with Ajit(ext 104) who stopped picking up my call and everyone else says only agent who booked your ticket or accountant can help. NEVER DO THE BUSINESS WITH THEM

Hi,they are froud.My father is sick.So I wanted to go to see him asap. They have add on TV .I got their phone number from there.Called them and asked for tickets. Gave my credit card number they charged me $1200 for nothing. First they will send you confirmation and after your payment it will be cancelled. Please beware of these frouds. I am doing police report against them and go to media and also filing case on channel who are advertising them. Please don’t give your credit card to them. They are froud.

This is a fraud company. Never or ever book any tickets with them. They booked my ticket a year ago and then I got to cancel it and they never gave my refund back till now. John is the person who booked my ticket and he is not at all genuine person please do not book any tickets with this fraud company. They said it would take 15 business days to get my refund and then 1 month and now its been more than an year I never got my refund of 1200$. They use all fake names call John, Sam, Peter etc and they never want to get there real names out, this proves what that company is all about. I tried calling them multiple times and they never answer or otherwise they keep the call on mute and hangup after few minutes. John never answer his call instead he will make others to answer the call, If I call from same number they keep note of that number and they will never answer it if we call back with that number again but if we do it with different numbers they will answer and say stupid John would get back in few minutes but I never received any call back from them later. I would suggest not to go through this airlines since that is a fraud company.

RED ALERT - STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. YOU BEEN WARNED!! Similar to comments below, I too fell in this trap and was able to see pending charges on my credit card overnight for Remitly transaction. Called credit card company this morning and cancelled the card/disputed the transactions. Unfortunately I don't know how to reach out to PTC Punjabi USA channel to log a complaint to atleast get their Ad off the air. They are not part of the ATN Network. I think many people are falling in their trap on daily basics

RED ALERT. Punjab trip is a fraud. Similar to the experience mentioned below by others, they reached with a cheap ticket price where other agents couldn't provide, book the tickets on airlines and you could verify this information. They tried to make me transfer the money through remitly/zoom which i didn't agree. But when they have my credit card information and other docs, they went to zoom and transferred money around 4.5k with my credentials around. Luckily i was keeping an eye on the card, disputed the transactions and alerted zoom who also cancelled those transactions. I was looking for reviews before i started with them. There wasn't any, and i see so many in the last 2 days. Hope nobody else has to go through this.

HARRY OR RAKESH KUMAR FROM PUNJAB TRIP INC TRAVEL AGENCY OR ANY NAME FROM THAT TRAVEL AGENCY , PLEASE DONT GIVE THEM CREDIT CARD TO BOOK TICKET , THEY WILL ASK YOU TO DEPOSIT MONEY IN TO THERE BANK ACCOUNT WHICH IS IN INDIA BY ZOOM OR REMITLY . IT IS BIG SCAM ,BE CAREFULL . THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD $2000 CANADIAN . BIG BIG FRAUD . THEY ADVERTISE ON PTC PUNJABI CHANNEL AND OTHER CHANNEL AS WELL . THEY ARE DUME STUPID , I AM TRYING MY BEST TO CATCH THEM IN INDIA AND IN THE USA . I ALREADY RPORT TO RCMP POLICE AND IN USA POLICE AS WELL . I ALREADY CALL MONEY SENDER ZOOM AND REMITLY AS WELL . THEY ARE ON THE RUN NOW . IT DOES NOT MATTER HOW MUCH I LOOSE BUT I AM GOING TO TRACE THEM ONE DAY SOON .
