This is the Travel tickets Fraud. I was looking for tickets to send my wife & kids to India for upcoming Summer Vacation, i requested a Quote from Sulekha.com where most of the Indians will look for the classifieds & look for travel Agency's who can book the tickets, I contacted by the Person Named Alpesh Patel, from Super Travel Deals Inc, based out in Savannah, GA, and company registered at 87 Redwall Cir, Savannah, GA - 31407, he sent me a email with t he quotes and he sent the quote of $804/Person on Singapore Airlines, i requested him to block the Tickets, he also made a mention that they will buy the ticket using there corporate Credit card and once the tickets are confirmed you can pay us, finally after 2 days he confirmed the tickets, as every airline has 24 hours cancellation policy i wanted to wait for 24hours before paying him, still i dic not pay him till 78 Hours as i had a benefit of doubt, i searched the Corporation & as it was incorporated in State of Atlanta, i thought the the business is Legit, i provided my debit card details to him for paying to the tickets, he called me back asking for My ID proof & Card Statement, i refused, he also sent his bank account details for me to deposit the account Banks don't open the account if there is no incorporation documents provided, i thought it was legit, how ever i still did not transfer the amount to his bank account as if something goes bad i cannot revert it back as it will be authorised by me.

They are fraud company, read more on google. Dont buy ticket from them and they are ditch people by getting cheap ticket from stone cards. I can police complaint# and all so please dont get fool from them by seeing the discount and all.

They are fraud, cheating you off your hard earned money. Stay away from them and save yourself some mental and financial anguish. Traveling with 2 little kids, I arrived at the airport that my tickets were suspended. These people should be caught and penalized.

My friend booked 2 tickets.They got cancelled.Can someone tell me the procedure how to get my money back.Actually i filed a claim against that person in bank of america. but the fraud merchant is showing some different proofs and some different ticket numbers insted of what he sent to me.Bank of america is not believing us.BOFA is saying that he is showing valid proofs.please suggest me something how to overcome this problem.

Trip Arena are Fraud Company. Please don't book tickets. They will book with ticket using fraught credit card American Express Card and tickets status become suspended. Everything looks fine while you check online, but become ticket become suspended or cancel. The same method they will follow while booking. Abby, Daniel, Jeff, Adam are very fraud. They will not pick the calls and reply for emails. Please share and save some thousands of dollars others. We need to be united and put the FBI petition against them. Let them get arrested. Farah

These guys are fraud. Please don't book tickets. They will book with third party credit card and your tickets will become invalid.Everything looks fine while you check online but after few days airlines security department will find and refund the amount to these guys and you tickets will become invalid.The same method they will follow while booking. Abby , Daniel are very fraud. They will not pick the calls and reply for emails. Please share and save some thousand of dollars.

Its a fake travel agency. They will lure you with cheaper prices and ask you to confirm the payment. They promise you saying that they would send the confirmation e-ticket in <72 hrs and won't ans were your call.. Don't trust this

This agency is bogus. They book the tickets through passenger online site instead of agency portal, fill with your details, fake number and fake email id. When they send the ticket to you everything might look fine till you try to do online check in or fly with this ticket. They are using fake credit cards and the amount paid from credit card will be disputed later. Though you see the ticket valid in official airlines site, ticket will be invalidated in airlines record and you can't travel with this ticket. Even if you have provide all your contact details in airlines site, they won't inform you about any of these things till you realize that you are cheated. I have lodged compliant against this agency. Beware of this agent and don't do any transactions with them.
