This is a total SCAM!! Please do not book through this agency! Spent 4-5 hours with absolutely no help. They charged us $200 more for a flight and wouldn’t even cancel within 24 hours of booking. Sahil (Apparently the manager) kept beating around the bush and giving different reasons and ensured we have the worst experience ever! These people are here to steal your money! Be careful and book through the airline directly! So much easier to deal with and better customer service. This company does not care about customers! NEVER BOOK THROUGH TRIP BEAM!

I talked to Anmol to reschedule my ticket, and he said there is a price difference of $257 per passenger. Then I talked to the airline directly, and they did it for free. That means all that $257 for all four passengers were going in their pocket!

Worst agency to book your tickets. I was traveling to India for family emergency and wanted one less thing to worry about and booked with trip beam. They made me wait for hours and hours and my ticket never showed up. That is the worst decision I have made to go with trip beam. Never ever book tickets with these guys. They will be behind us until we book tickets and they don’t care once the tickets are booked whether they booked under the right name or not. Irresponsible people and doesn’t care about their customers. Very rude answers. We are better off booking tickets by ourself instead of going through trip beam. They don’t add any value instead they make it worse. I don’t have a negative star that is the reason I am choosing 1 star.

Agree whole-heartedly with , don't ever book tickets from Tripbeam, if you want to deal with flights that will make your travel dreams and enjoyment into nothing short of nightmare. Apart from cancelled flights to inadequate resource allotment by the airlines (in this case United Airlines), you are left to fend on your own. Please do not book tickets when you have children and senior members travelling as well. They just don't care, if you ask for a refund, their "consolidater" as they call that dept. doesn't give a damn to the plight of the passengers. I couldn't give a lesser star than one. If i could give a negative marking, they would be -10 on my list. Kindly avoid. They are simply not worth your time and effort.

This is the worst travel agency I have seen till now. I strongly recommend never ever book any flight with this agency. If they are getting better commission, they will suggest and book any kind of inconsistent and worst flights and never bother about passengers. Finally passengers need to face cancelled flights and delay trips. Finally passengers lose their purpose of trip. Try to avoid this travel agency for your important trips.

Pathetic customer experience, due to my health issues I had to request for cancellation and provided medical certificate. Still after 3 weeks no resolution, no update. Do not avail services of Tripbeam.com

I worked with Sidhant and Priya Darshani on my booking concern. Booked a ticket with them in september 2017 for my india travel in december. One day prior to travel i noticed a schedule change in my flight and tripbeam DIDN't inform me about it at all. I had to let them know and get the new itinerary. They couldnt get new itinerary for the same price I paid for and they simply offered me reimbursement ONE day before my travel to India from USA. I strictly told them to give me a new flight. They requested a change to related airline and didn't confirm the ticket until midnight before my travel. I directly called airline and got new itinerary (as it was requested by tripbeam). I forwarded it to tripbeam for their consideration and to keep them in a loop. They didnt validate the ticket and assumed its valid one since I got it directly from airline. I reached airport and agents couldn't print the boarding passes as something was really messed up badly between airline and tripbeam. Now tripbeam is not taking responsibility of giving me a new flight nor reimbursement too also on top of that they are asking for penalty. I am highly dissapointed with tripbeam and suggest you not to book a flight with them ever.

They Do lots of mistake on dates and prices, if you overlooked or trusted blindly then you are gone . They book my ticket and travel insurance for different dates .. :(.. There call center is worst , They don't even listen to you , I never ever go with them again ..

One of the worst companies in the world to book for. They forcibly make u sign electronic authorizations and then suddenly hike up the fairs. They are waiting to tout vulnerable customers. They particularly target Indian community people booking for their old parents..

They have pathetic customer service once you are done booking your tickets. Whenever you try to contact them for change in your existing reservation, they keep telling about special team returning call back in 15 mins, and as usual no one calls back. Once you are done booking your ticket, all the customer service agent becomes busy to deal with any of your problems. But on the same side they have customer service agents available for the new bookings. So this clear indicates ,they care only for money. Worst experience of online ticket booking ever. I would strongly recommend to stay out of this.

Recently booked tickets to Chicago with them and they were amazing. The patient customer support staff cleared all the queries i had and got me a great deal without any hassle. Would definitely book through you guys again!
