Hi, My request to everyone please don't book the ticket with myairticket these people are Bunch of crooks specially Veronica and Yogesh. They will promise you the ticket after the full payment they will not issue a ticket on top of that they will not reply to your mail. they will not pick your call. If you really care for your hard earn money please don't book the ticket. They will not issue ticket also they will not refund the amount. theses people are bunch of crooks. Veronica is big fraud agent

This complaint almost mirrors every other comment and complaint on this forum. This company is a fraud and a bunch of trained cheats all trained to perfection in providing false commitments over email and over phone. The sales department is intentionally de-linked from the post-sales department for effective fleecing and creating mis communications I personally must have had 30+ hours of phone conversations over the period of 1.5 months from the time they first booked the ticket till now and about 30 to 40 email correspondences. To note-This is the second time they have done this first to me in December and then to my parents. For sake of brevity I have retained this comment to only the second incident where they did not issue the tickets at all and are delaying the refund beyond their "policy" This incident is the booking of 2 tickets from Bangalore to Durham for the 12th of August. The tickets were for my parents and they were coming here for a social engagement. Anmol of Myairticket, was the sales correspondent and Mohit Bhandari his supervisor both expert scam artists like everyone else in the company. I am writing this review to help others. Don't trust these people. My Air Ticket is fraud. I made a payment of Rs. 1,82,000.00 for ticket issue. They did not issue ticket until last minute of my travel. I have to call them lot of times, but every time they come up with lame excuses. I was cheated. They promised me to refund the money but they never did. Its been more than 2 months. I am still waiting. Every time they will say refund will be done in 2 to 3 weeks.

Well I believe the definitions have changed. I have never heard a Business holding customers money for 40 Business days (2 months) is a fair practice. More over they Issue ticket 48 hours after payment is done. If you see people reviews they even take 2 months for issuing ticket, I don't think it is a fair business. If any one want to understand what is a fair business then g with them

No fraud , no Duping all fair business. We totally disagree with this comment as there is not even a single case where the customer has been duped without refund or unsent tickets.there are few delays happen because we provide the special airfare available in the market and for that we need to book the bulk seats in the airline and thus wait for sometime to gather all tickets together. Same is explained very clearly on every calls to the customer.If you have some issue s, please share your details with us and we will be happy to help you and revert with all possible information. ....... Pathetic service from Myairticket. Its been 2 months i have not received my E-TKT, every time i call these guys they just keep telling me it will come in next 15 days as its stucked at supplier, don't know what supplier they are talking about. I checked with the Cathay Pacific for which booking was done, Cathay pacific says this was just a hold and its been cancelled long back. When i talk to My airticket, folks they don't talk properly and are very rude and even mimic your voice just the way frauds do. Now i am not sure if i am going to get my tkts or not. And they are not even ready to talk about refunding my money. Anyone any help on how i can get my money back.

This is a fraud company...They will just create a dummy booking for you while making the payment but they will not pay to the airlines to confirm your reservation. Just in case if you have already booked the ticket with them, check with the actual airlines to ensure the ticket is valid.

I see that everyone is having a similar experience. They lure folks with cheap rates for the flights and show some itinerary that is good for us. Take the money and never issue any tickets. They just keep saying in the next few days which will never come. Even if they promise that they will deliver the tickets at current market price, never keep their promises. They will never call back or email you. Standard answer is it is in the queue and someone will say that they are supervisor and assigned highest priority on the ticket which will be issued in max of 24 hours. I feel that this is a scam where they take your money and keep it until the last minute to issue the tickets or maybe not. Even when they return they never give you any interest on thousands of dollars they get. Free source of money for business. Keep away from this site.

I had worst experience with myairticket.com. I booked my ticket 23 days prior to my travel with Kawaljit Singh, when I booked the ticket, he said my ticket was confirmed and will provide the ticket in 5 days then I thought they would mail/post the ticket. After 5 days , I called them and they said it was just e ticket they were supposed to send and they said it was delayed due to continuous bank holidays. So I waited for another 10 days and kept calling to check the status and they used to say the ticket was with issuing department and they would send it soon. Exactly, one week before I was worried about my travel since I didn't get tickets yet. I called them and they kept saying the tickets were with issuing dept. Then , I called airlines customer care to confirm the status , the airlines team said the tickets were cancelled a long back since they didn't receive the payment from myairticket. I was worried a lot. I would have spoken with 30 executives(30 hours on phone) from myairticket within 72 hours. I had warned them that I would inform to the media, then they took it as a priority issue but they finally issued my tickets 24 hours before my departure. I never recommend anybody to buy the ticket from myairticket.com

Please do not purchase any ticket through web portal. just cheated they will take money from you and never issues ticket. they will send fake tickets so do not trust this company especially those who are in USA do not trust this 100 % fake site.
