Flights Mojo is very likely a scam. They advertise and sell you flights, conform but then don't send you the actual e-ticket. I got suspicious and contacted them and nothing they did or said assuaged my suspicions they are a scam. My experience was very similar to the ones below. Someone should investigate them.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!! And don't be fooled by any positive reviews out there that look suspiciously placed when there are too many bad ones. I had the same experience today as many here. I found them on a fare compare site that included all of the commonly known travel sites, so I presumed they were legit. This afternoon I began to search for airfare. All of the commonly known travel companies advertised the desired flight at $935 plus taxes and fees, except one that advertised the flight at $843, plus taxes and fees. I had not heard of them before but because they popped up in the comparison search along with the other reputable companies, I presumed they were legitimate. I went to their site, picked the flight I’d been reviewing earlier, selected my seats, declined insurance, and completed my purchase totaling $1700 or so. At the completion of the transaction, a receipt was generated with the word “Confirmed”. Upon confirmation and completion of payment, I instructed the site to send a copy of the itinerary to my daughter for whom I also purchased a ticket. There were two tickets total in the purchase. She never received the copy of the itinerary. I suspect because they were never intending to send it. Within the hour of booking, I receive an email from a no-reply email urgently asking me to contact Flights Mojo about my trip and a disclaimer that pricing was subject to change, if I did not contact them right away. I have booked my flight 3 days ago, got my confirmation number and took money from my account I thought I was settled. The nxt day they sent me an email saying that I have to contact them because theres some issues regarding my flight confirmation. They told me that I have to rebook my flight which will cost me $80 more from what they have put on their website of $492 because they said "theres technical problems with United Airlines" so I have to rebook my flight to somewhere else. Vance Victor was the associate, he said he will rebook it for me and I should receive my itinerary to email soon. 8 hrs after I have not recieve anything yet and called them back. The other associate said that Vance Victor already out of the office, he cancelled my flight and will refund my money when he said he would rebook it for me. So I was just waiting for nothing. I told them if I dont receive my money, I will sue them. They're making false advertisement and put it on website. I should have not fall for cheap price. Now I needed my money so that I could get a best flight to see my daughter. Flight mojo you suck!!

My experience was just like Jen Davis, this corrupt company takes the money out of your bank without even having the ticks on hand. Most of the people working there sound like they’re Indian but claim to be in Las Vegas, which you know is complete bull. They refunded me the money they never should have taken out without knowing they had the ticks first. Moreover, the most disgusting thing of all was that after it was all said and done, out of curiosity I checked their website to see if the tickets were still available, and they were! When I asked them why they’re still selling ticks that they know they don’t have, they said it was a technical mistake and they would fix it ASAP, but they still haven’t. They are corrupt sketchy crooks.

I booked tickets through flight mojo in the morning and then was told that night that I did not have tickets after receiving a confirmation from mojo and United Airlines! There was no clear reason given as to why this happened. I had at that point told my son, who is in the navy, when we would be coming and also booked a car. We were pretty much told too bad and they cancelled our confirmation and refunded our money which they never should have taken if they could not provide the tickets! We also received no help from United who also gave us a confirmation number. I would NEVER recommend flight mojo to anyone ever!! Jen Davis from New York
