These are their alias company names: FlyCheapestOnline.com TheTravelMakers.us PCM Travels US LLC The Fare Masters Adjectives to describe our experience: scam, analog, incompetent, infuriating, liars. On January 7, 2024, my husband found a flight deal that looked like it was directly with the airline. On January 9 they called to say that the flights were "canceled", but they had found "new flights" that were going to be an additional couple hundred dollars per ticket. After two months, he called them back yesterday because we still haven't gotten our tickets. He was told that the airline had canceled them. Why weren't we called back immediately or refunded the $5k? They asked for more time to see if they could fix it - three times! They could get three tickets, but not five, because they had to CALL the airlines. He had to tell them 15 times, "No, I'm not giving you more time. I want my money back." Then he was told that to get a fast refund by tomorrow it would cost $100/ticket or it would take 2-3 weeks. It shouldn't have taken 15 times for the agent to finally relent to a refund. You said you couldn't get the same flights as we had which is a BOLD FACE LIE. We were able to book the exact same tickets, same airlines, same time, and all five on our own. We should get the ticket costs refunded, which are now $6,899.75 due to your incompetence, with NO ADDITIONAL FEES and it shouldn't take 2-3 weeks.

Pcm travel es fraude a mi me llamo un hombre de acento hindú. Y me .dio un nombre falso. Desia se llamaba José.. ye estafo $380.00 dollares diciendo que tenía que pagar taxes de aeropuerto y maletas de un vuelo.con frontier a P.R. luego me volvió a pedir mi número de tarjeta que les debía un dollar.oh me cancelaba el vuelo son hackers

Terrible experience with this agency. The fares are restricted and no changes are permitted directly from the airlines. Even they are not ready to a price match when the ticket prices go down. The cancellation charges are way higher than what airlines charge. The terms and conditions are not stated well on the ticket. Had a bad experience talking to the agent. I won't recommend it to anyone.

PCM phone # 844.681.4011 is scam when you call they will answer like " Reservation how can I help you" They will charge you two time one show PCM and one for your airfair tickets. After you charge you the airline will tell you for contact them for any services and when you call them they says you call wrong number and hang up.

I never seen this kinda worst service in last 15 years of travel experience. The agents who doesn't have knowledge about anything, and even their manger.. OMG.. the worst service YOU BETTER GO WITH SOMEBODY OR BOOK BY YOURSELF!!!!

I bought air tickets (emirates airline) through an agent from alanita travels, due to personal emergency I had to cancel the tickets, I called them and enquired the process, they asked to me pay penalty of $750 for cancellation through zelle transfer which I have sent them by Zelle, then agent mentioned that you will get entire refund from airlne of $2727.04 in two weeks of timeframe, in 2 weeks airline refunded partial amount and deducted another $600 from $2727.04, have been trying to reach out to Alanita travel through email and phone, they don't respond to any email I have sent them multiple times to get my refund, over the phone they just take my phone number and say an agent will call you back but nobody calls me back. they are so customer unfriendly that after selling tickets don't bother to listen customer, no response in email or taking over the phone, for selling tickets, getting money they will follow up multiple times in a daybut later they don't even talk to customer. they have charged the cancellation penalty to me but nothing paid to airline so airline charged me again, since these tickets are booked from Alanita travel , airline doesn't want to entertain me directly. now for two tickets, they have charged me $750 (Alanita travel) $600 (Emirates airline) which is almost 50% 0f my ticket expense. when I was checking on emirates site , in no situation they charge 50% of cancellation, also to add that tickets were cancelled on 23rd Nov. 2022 in afternoon, wel

This is the worst travel agency and I would say it’s fraud. They took my $793 dollars for no reason. I booked my ticket and then there was a travel ban on international student and wasn’t not able to make this trip. So they convinced me to keep this ticket open as there was penalty for no show. I do not get this if there is a ban on travel then how can I travel and how can this penalty applies to me. Anyway I kept this ticket open and it is been a year and the ticket is about to expire. So now I wanted to cancel this ticket and I am requesting for my refund. But they are asking for another $550 for cancellation and no show penalties. Can anyone please advise me on this ?

This place is a Scam, Scam Scam. Do yourself a favor and NEVER use this organization, PCM travels at anytime . They lie and trick you into paying air ticket costs higher than what original airlines offer.

RUNNING A SCAM!!! We booked a Delta flight and were told if your journey is impacted by covid, we will get you refund..if you reschedule, you can pay the fare difference and fly......our child came down with covid and we couldnt fly...then started the nightmare of dealing with poor customer service...no refunds, nothing.....ticket got converted to an open ticket because Delta allowed it.......then, when it came to rescheduling, Anita and her gang started the game of making further money by asking $300/ticket on top of what we had already paid (a 570 ticket), stating its airline policy and they cant do much (while online fares on those dates were lower than what we had paid).....so pay up, or loose the ticket already holding....finally we were able to get hold of delta customer care, who told us these agents are lying and Delta never asked for such a money...Delta only requires fare difference, which was only $4.50 for our preferred dates.....finally the delta customer care was able to redeem the e-credits and issue the ticket, but not before this Alanita gang made us pay $50/ticket as the service charge on top to release the tickets... As a customer for 10+ years, I can now say dont go to these morons and loose your sleep and money. Book through airlines which is similar fare, and much better for rescheduling, getting refund, customer service.....oh yes, and no hidden airline fee that these middlemen made up to loot you.....
