Terrible experience with this agency. The fares are restricted and no changes are permitted directly from the airlines. Even they are not ready to a price match when the ticket prices go down. The cancellation charges are way higher than what airlines charge. The terms and conditions are not stated well on the ticket. Had a bad experience talking to the agent. I won't recommend it to anyone.

I never seen this kinda worst service in last 15 years of travel experience. The agents who doesn't have knowledge about anything, and even their manger.. OMG.. the worst service YOU BETTER GO WITH SOMEBODY OR BOOK BY YOURSELF!!!!

I bought air tickets (emirates airline) through an agent from alanita travels, due to personal emergency I had to cancel the tickets, I called them and enquired the process, they asked to me pay penalty of $750 for cancellation through zelle transfer which I have sent them by Zelle, then agent mentioned that you will get entire refund from airlne of $2727.04 in two weeks of timeframe, in 2 weeks airline refunded partial amount and deducted another $600 from $2727.04, have been trying to reach out to Alanita travel through email and phone, they don't respond to any email I have sent them multiple times to get my refund, over the phone they just take my phone number and say an agent will call you back but nobody calls me back. they are so customer unfriendly that after selling tickets don't bother to listen customer, no response in email or taking over the phone, for selling tickets, getting money they will follow up multiple times in a daybut later they don't even talk to customer. they have charged the cancellation penalty to me but nothing paid to airline so airline charged me again, since these tickets are booked from Alanita travel , airline doesn't want to entertain me directly. now for two tickets, they have charged me $750 (Alanita travel) $600 (Emirates airline) which is almost 50% 0f my ticket expense. when I was checking on emirates site , in no situation they charge 50% of cancellation, also to add that tickets were cancelled on 23rd Nov. 2022 in afternoon, wel

This is the worst travel agency and I would say it’s fraud. They took my $793 dollars for no reason. I booked my ticket and then there was a travel ban on international student and wasn’t not able to make this trip. So they convinced me to keep this ticket open as there was penalty for no show. I do not get this if there is a ban on travel then how can I travel and how can this penalty applies to me. Anyway I kept this ticket open and it is been a year and the ticket is about to expire. So now I wanted to cancel this ticket and I am requesting for my refund. But they are asking for another $550 for cancellation and no show penalties. Can anyone please advise me on this ?

RUNNING A SCAM!!! We booked a Delta flight and were told if your journey is impacted by covid, we will get you refund..if you reschedule, you can pay the fare difference and fly......our child came down with covid and we couldnt fly...then started the nightmare of dealing with poor customer service...no refunds, nothing.....ticket got converted to an open ticket because Delta allowed it.......then, when it came to rescheduling, Anita and her gang started the game of making further money by asking $300/ticket on top of what we had already paid (a 570 ticket), stating its airline policy and they cant do much (while online fares on those dates were lower than what we had paid).....so pay up, or loose the ticket already holding....finally we were able to get hold of delta customer care, who told us these agents are lying and Delta never asked for such a money...Delta only requires fare difference, which was only $4.50 for our preferred dates.....finally the delta customer care was able to redeem the e-credits and issue the ticket, but not before this Alanita gang made us pay $50/ticket as the service charge on top to release the tickets... As a customer for 10+ years, I can now say dont go to these morons and loose your sleep and money. Book through airlines which is similar fare, and much better for rescheduling, getting refund, customer service.....oh yes, and no hidden airline fee that these middlemen made up to loot you.....

I have called their partner company cosmopolitan, they have said they handed over the check to alanita but still no response or no ETA from these guys. they don't even respond to emails. WORST TRAVEL AGENCY. THEY TEST YOUR PATIENCE. DONT USE IT TO SAVE 20-30 bucks. THEY TAKE YOUR LIFE. BEWARE OF FRAUD PEOPLE, COMPANY. NEVER EVER USE THIS TRAVEL AGENCY IN MY LIFE..I REALLY MEAN IT

I don't recommend to go with them. It is better to purchase ticket directly from Airlines. There is not much difference in price. I had to cancel my tickets due to COVID. Even though airline do not and did not change cancellation fee, Alanita claims that the airline is charing cancellation fee. But that is not true. I requested for a refund on airline website soon after I cancelled my ticket by paying $380 to Alanita. I got my full money back from the airline in a week. However, at the time of cancellation Alanita told me that it will take 4-6 weeks. Also they promised me that if the airline return full amount then they will return my cancellation fee (baring service charges) back. Now they are saying that it is their charges.

Very worst fellows on the earth they don't have any shame they will loot their own customer no other agency will charge like them but they will do it bcz you contacted them that's it it's more than enough to loot you guys I'm an employee of this stupid company CEO Anita Hyd Branch Manager Kumar and Edward they doomed my salary amount more than (20k) when I'm trying to reach them everyone kept my both numbers in block list and no response to my 100's of email this is the way they treat to their own employee and forget about your tickets they will loot you guys like anything Assholes you will die like a road side dogs not evening dog won't come to you at that time Guys be aware from them... Worst travel agency. Don't respond to emails. Call endlessly without looking at previous notes. +1 on previous review of booking tickets from the airlines directly Booked a round-trip flight with them. First, they booked tickets that didn't let us choose the seats beforehand - they didn't tell us this when we booked the ticket. Second, they changed the 1st connection without checking with us. Had to call them multiple times (since they don't respond to email) to get it addressed. Third, when we were in India we had an emergency, and had to reschedule our return ticket to come back early. Agents were super rude, and very unhelpful and gave us the run-around asking us to call the airlines. When the airlines pushed us back to them, they claimed that they couldn't rebook us unless we booked a new itinerary since there were no seats - how can that be? Whether its a new reservation, or an existing reservation, a seat is a seat. Finally, they admitted that they would book us back only if we paid for a new ticket. At that point we were so done with Alanita we decided to cancel our ticket, and not to give them our business. Turned out the ticket was valid only for 1 more month, so it was thousands of dollars down the drain.

Read Carefully : Don't book tickets from Alanta. These guys hide refund policy and cancellation. They hide information that if you cancel the flight then will not get refund. If you ask them why you hide the information then they will reply that its your mistake and you should ask us before buying. If you tell to agent that I am getting tickets from Airlines cheaper than they will say I am not able to find that option and they say its may be fake or wrong information. They will force you to click on link and buy ASAP from them. Alanita is getting much more benefits whether you buy or cancel tickets. Suggestion: Book flight directly from Airlines.

If there was a zero rating, I will give them that. I booked Qatar Airlines for my children through them and 2 adults on Qatar.com. While booking the tickets with Alanita the agent reported that the fares have increased whereas when I checked on Qatar website, it was still less than what Alanita was quoting. Just because I took their time, out of courtesy, I booked 2 kids tickets through Alanita and 2 through Qatar website. I had to cancel one kid ticket and 1 adult ticket. One phone call, Qatar.com just charged me $300 and refunded the rest of the amount for the ticket booked directly with them. But Alanita charged me $435 to cancel with tons of phone calls, and Qatar charged me additional amount and the total loss was $800 when booked through Alanita. The agents provide incomplete information and are quite rude. They may say that they have cheapest fares but those fares are available directly on the websites of the airlines. My cancellation experience taught me that they end up very costly and eat away a lot of your time.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH ALANITA TRAVELS. AGAENTS ARE NOT AT ALL PROFESSIONAL, THEY DO NOT HAVE PUINCUALITY AT ALL. THEY MADE ME TO WAIT FOR 14 HOURS AND VERY POOR RESPONSES STILL THEY DID NOT RESPOND BACK TO ME. mR Abhi Alanita. HE TOLD ME THAT HE WILL GIVE ME A CALL IN 10 MIN, AFTER 3 HOURS ALSO HE DID NOT VALL ME. I ASKED THEM TO CONNECT WITH FLOOR MANAGER, THEY DID NOT DO IT. IS THIS THE VALUE YOU GIVE IT TO CUSTOMER?

I lost close to $1750+ because I used these guys. They cancelled my ticket without informing. Please never choose or believe people inside this travel agency. I worked with Julius this guy is real mo fker, he assured me about my ticket refund but never gave me any money back. I ended up spending more than 2.5K+ for one travel to India. If you write this to the CEO of this company she is ultimate crap, even more, worse & never ever responds to customer email. I worked with James he calls himself a supervisor but I really don't see any quality behaviour from these people overall bad experience. They don't have any authority to cancel my ticket without my information. They may give you $50 cheap but they will make you pay more than 100 times of that $50.

hello, all I booked a ticket through alanita travels in MA and had a nightmare. do not buy tickets from there . i buy only one ticket but they charge me for 2 tickets. after all the hassle i am still waiting for my money to get back which they never returned eventhough all the proof was send, and they do have the proof too saying i buy only one ticket but keep on saying that it was a airlines mistake not ours so we cannot help you out. and the airline was AIr India.

FRAUD and Unethical. Made a reservation and requested cancellation within 12 hrs. When contacted airline, using PNR, airline confirmed that the ticket is eligible for free cancellation with in 24 hrs. When contacted Alanita, they were asking $450 as Airline Penalty. When I asked to provide in written that $450 is the Airline Penalty, they stopped responding. Airline can't do anything because Alanita holds control on the itinerary. There have been reviews saying Alanita cancelled tickets without informing passengers and passengers had to go through troubles to reach their destination.

Alanita travels is absolutely the worst travel agency I encountered in the US. All they care is about making the reservation and then the customer service is very bad. You reach the point that you want to cancel even if it costs you money. If you have an issue with the reservation, forget it - they play the game it is not us, it is the airline, contact the airlines. And when you do contact the airline, they put it right back on Alanita. Meredith was very rude and had absolutely no common sense or manners in dealing with customers. She taunts people without doing her own research accusing people of actions that she has no idea. And when you do the research and give her all the details, she tries to back pedal. Most of her accusations are verbal and cannot be traced. She harasses people. Very poor customer service and I will never ever book with them for my tickets.

Please be careful using Alanita Travels. Due to pool service I ended up double booking tickets. I have all proofs that they charged my credit card and did not send ticket. Also once they have my credit card they started charging again and again for no reason. I ended up calling credit card company to report their fraudlent activities.
