Please don't use Flyback. They lied to me. Took my money. I had bought one ticket. They said it will be void. Then when I bought a new one. I found out my other ticket was not void. Then I called them back. They said they won't refund me! Why not? You messed up. It had not even been 24hrs. Not even 5 hours. I mean come on. That's not much time to cancel a ticket. Then when I told them not to cancel the ticket then. They said too late. They already did that.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I have been waiting on my promised flight refund for 9 months now. Every time I call this unprofessional organization I’m told to allow more time. The representatives on the phone are disrespectful and the supervisors back them up. Horrible experience still waiting my refund. Kari V.

This is my first negative review in more than last 5 years for a business because here in USA most businesses care about customers. I am awaiting my refund (part of air travel) for last 5 months from Fares Daddy. I have tried to contact them multiple times over phone/email but I could neither reach sales executive whom I talked initially nor his superior. PLEASE AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH FARES DADDY AT ALL COST!

Horrible company to deal with. Bought air ticket to India, Was overcharged on my credit card than the quoted price. Due to unforeseen circumstances have to cancel my ticket. The ticket I received stated that the cancellation fee of $500. Although their website only states that there is $only $50 cancellation charges. While cancelling the ticket they asked me additional $550 for cancellation and will get refund money in 5-6 weeks after after paying the additional money. What is the gurantee I will be getting back my money. horrible company to deal and will never deal in dreams. Horrible horrible company I have ever dealt in last 30 years.

This company is absolutely a SCAM. And yes they represent themselves as other airlines such as British Airlines, United lines, and many others .ASTA should take off the certification they give them, they should not be permited to do bussines in USA. The supervisors are liares and don't have any inttention in resolve any situation. Should close in every state the are at.

AirfaresArena / www.cheapspecialairfares are frauds. we will get screwed up for life if we get in their trap. They steal our credit cards and will loot us and it will be our part time job to monitor our account/working with our banks to recover from their fraud. They will lure us to cash transfer and the tickets they book with other stolen cards will be cancelled by Airlines eventually after few days. They operate with spoofed whatsapp numbers and with fake US addresses and once one business name become unpopular, they open with another web site on a different temporary business. If you are a victim, report to FTC/ other federal crime sites for internet crimes and we will have good chance of getting our money back along with helping others from becoming victims like us.

Amitava Basu /Gurpreet Singh (cheapspecialairfares.com)are fraud agents. They take temporary ASTA premium membership and show us fake confirmed airlines tickets. After taking our credit card authorization , they ask for plenty of personal information .Then, they make us believe there is problem with credit card processing and push us for money transfer. With the credit card info ,we already provided, they make unauthorized purchases to every possible extent and also open credit cards on our names using the personal info we already provided. Beware of this fraud agents and never share your personal info and never do a wire transfer to them,
