This company owes me money. The boss Joven hires me to run his advertisement and defaults my payment. My payment is only $703.42 but he decided to disappear and give me lots of excuses. Even with Court Order to pay me, he ignores the Court Order. Please be careful working for them. Especially the boss Joven Thng. Please double check the reviews on this company also before you engage them.

Their services are very good.mostly we have to deal with long waiting time for any changes , refunds or cancellations , but it took merely 30 min with them . All fares are also very good.

I have used H & S Travels & Tours for many years for all my trips to India and have always received prompt and stellar service! So this time around was no different. I interacted with Armaan, Tariq and Leonu and each one was super professional and efficient in running quotes for different permutation combination of itineraries and staying on top by calling with gentle timeline reminders. I have booked my ticket with Lufthansa through H & S Travels. Lufthansa has cancelled the flight, hence requested for refund. It is close to 3 months and yet to get my refund. They are very poor in responding back too. Going to complaint to airlines, BBB and everywhere. I strongly suggest not to book ticket with them.

TOTAL Fraud. We have booked tickets for travel in April 2020 and due to the pandemic, flights were cancelled. Since then we have tried multiple calls and never received a refund for the air tickets.However, after a few attempts to Air India we are able to procure a written a confirmation from the airlines that the refund was issued to the agent which we never received. We already registered a compliant with the consumer protection office and planning to wrote to the attorney general's office in NJ, and reported it to the relevant agencies like FTC, Better Business Bureau. Be aware and stay away. Also, they charged us extra 100$ per ticket to process the refund.
