The person sudha is so rude and unprofessional. The price they tell are already double of what I see online. Regardless, she told me stupid over call when I told her the price I was seeing.

Horrible service, rude and unprofessional - Sudha is mannerless, yells at the top of her voice, and screams and throws tantrums when I ask for a cancellation. Refuses to listen, and we just ended up losing money trying to rebook tickets on my own and losing our cancellation refund. Have the choicest of words to describe her, but I am more civilized than she is - so will leave it at that.

I had the worst experience with travel agent.. The person named 'sudha' has no manners whats so ever, she yells as if I am not a customer but just a begger. I wonder how she survived the business so far. I got their contact from Sulekha and there were no reviews, so here I am writing a review WORST.. in terms of money, customer service and most in terms of talking. No professionalism what so ever.
