Asked for the fare for 4 adults, they gave us the fare and then we proceed with the ticket, and while issuing the ticket they issue 3 adults 1 child (because my daughter is a child now but adult during travel). When we let them know they ask for $300 to change the tickets where Singapore airlines let us know that there are no charges for modifying the ticket for 48 hours. These guys are just ruthless money making suckers. WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THEM.

This is the worst travel agents. They will give you a quote and after they receive all the information including your credit card they will give you a different price. I have never faced any situation with any agent in my life so far

Not at all satisfied with the service. I encountered one of the worst experience in my life in service industry with Journeycook. Be careful, they may tell you that they are most trustworthy service provider offering you competitive price but that might not be true in reality. After I book my ticket when they swear that they are offering the best price, they were offering even better price when I inquired next day. I am not worried about loosing few thousand rupees but I am really concerned being cheated by some company who says they offer the best service. Do good market research before booking ticket with them and bargain till the end to get a better price. I will see if after this review any senior personal contacting me, definitely I will like to put forward a good review for them if they do so. I do not want to take name of any agent because I believe it is part of the culture not about any individual.... Thank you!
