Hi, Am also the victim of bookmypnr & smart trip tour and travel. I have not received any tickets even after 2 weeks. They neither pick my calls nor respond to my emails. They also operate in the name of travelexpertzz. I have disputed the transaction and raised the complaint in FTC and IC3.

Sulekha , It seems customers are getting cheated daily by this FRAUD agent. Even though there are so many -ve reviews, why your website still providing the customer information to this agent. BookMyPNR.com is actually a different website used by the same travel agent " Smart Trip Tour & Travels" . http://travelindia.sulekha.com/travel-agent_smart-trip-tour-travels_19620 . We customers have a question. On what basis your team is adding new service providers. We are loosing trust related to Sulekha. Those who part of this scam as like me , Please raise a complaint at FTC and BBB. Also dispute the transaction.

All good reviews provided are fake. This is big fraud agent. Search for Smart Trip Tours and Travel for reviews and you guys can see many other victims got trapped from other travel agents or other sites.

Contined from my previous post .... 10) Edward will take the calls and ask for 24 hours more. + Next day also he request 24 hours more. So that they will get enough time to transfer ur money.11) Once everything is done, they will try to avoid your number. Nobody will take your calls. If somebody took it , Edward will never be there. 12) This process goes on and you are scammed now. this is how BookMyPNR works. Never book ticket with them . 1) If you are a victim of this scam, immediately dispute the transaction with the bank. 2) Raise a complaint with FTC (If you are at US ) 3) Raise a complaint with BBB ( If you are at US ) More details 1) The address given at the website is a wrong address. Its a building address at California. 2) They will call you and wait until your transaction is done. All authorized agencies never wait for customers to do transactions for around 30 minutes. They do it . so bewared. 3) This agency have so many other websites , which all finally linked to Smart Trip Tours and Trave Delhi. ( you will get to know that with your transaction details ) 4) Always book tickets with flight companies only. Never go for Cheap rates. Use common sense that travel from US to India is not cheap. 5) It is easy to advice, hard to implement. Choice is yours. This is a FAKE company and changing their names. A bastard by name EDWARD called me and given a discounted rate and charged the amount on my credit card. This is a total scam. Someone is sitting in india using our credit cards. PLEASE DON'T fall in their trap. I filed a complaint with BBB (Better Business Bureau). Please do so.

Its my 2nd review. I booked through www.bookmypnr.com later realized they are the partner in crime with Smart Trip Tour $ Travels. I saw one person book his tickets through http://globalhunterz.com. but the transaction is also for Smart Trip Tour $ Travels. It seems they are using different names for short periods and again they are changing their name. Please take care of yourself. They have virtual office in US. But they are from India.

This is a scam. They quote really low to get you in to buy from them. The three good reviews seem to have the same language and so it seems that they are coming from a common source. I booked ticket with them more than a week ago and initially they gave the ticket number but when i checked today it was cancelled. They loose the $400 cancellation fee and keep the rest. Lodge a complaint with FTC soon.

i booked a ticket with them and after waiting for my tickets for 7 days i got my tickets , i confirmed with the airline all looks good. Hoping for a good journey.

Hi Guys I am Rosemary, I booked 2 tickets last month from Book My PNR and I paid less than $300. My tickets got delivered in a week . They take some time due to discounted deals they have. I have even checked with Air India.

bookmypnr.com has got really good deals I was really worried as i never booked anything like that before and heard of online Scams. But as i got my tickets on time Now, i can surely rely on them for my next holiday.

I am Sujatha. I booked a ticket from Book My PNR people out there are good and not in a hurry at all. they gave me a great discounted Deal as i checked with other airlines. Truly genuine as i got my tickets without much delay. Thanks guys.!

it a fake company, they will take your money and will not give you any tickets. don't even thing to call his agency, I have lodge a complaint and also disputed the payment.

Please DO NOT book your tickets through this agency as its a scam. Stay away from these people as they are cheaters!! Also, if anyone has paid through their credit card, please dispute the charges with your card company immediately!! DO NOT wait for 2 - 3 days. If anyone has paid through their card, please check your statement as there will be a foreign fee transaction reflected on your card activity. IMMEDIATELY call the bank and stop the payment as it takes atleast 2 business days for the bank to disburse the amount. Also, if you're in US, please lodge a complaint with FTC, so that necessary action can be taken against this agency and such business malpractices! These people should be bought to justice.
